Church Building Rental Request
For those interested in renting the Fellowship Hall, GEMS room, or the church building. The person requesting the use of facilities at Bethel CRC must read and agree to the Church Use Policy.

Member Rental Fees
Weddings: $100.00 custodial fee
(Payment includes sanctuary, nursery room for bride, and one classroom for groom)
Reception $75.00 custodial fee
Video/Sound $75.00 (per event) operator’s fee
Add-on PowerPoint $25.00 (per event) operator’s fee
Rehearsal Dinner $50.00 custodial fee
Work Group $100.00 (up to 200 guests; additional $25.00 per 50 guests)
Highly recommend all prerecorded music be on flash drive for Sound Crew.
Funerals: No charge to use the church
Family Visitation $100.00 custodial fee
Fellowship for lunch $100.00 custodial fee
Video/Sound $50.00 (per event) operator’s fee
Add on – PowerPoint$25.00 (per event) operator fee
Activities (Anniversaries, reunions, parties, etc)
Classrooms $25.00 custodial fee
GEMS room $50.00 custodial fee
Fellowship Hall $100.00 custodial fee
Kitchen (only) $50.00 custodial fee
No charge for family celebrations after a church service for baptism or profession of faith.
No charge for church society programs or meetings.
Arrangements and preparation for any church activity must be made with the custodian
Payment (if applicable) must be made at least one week prior to meeting/event payable to Bethel CRC.

No charge for hospitality groups staying at church, per council approval (SERVE, RAGBRAI, etc)
